Surge Arresters

Bowthorpe TE manufactures surge protectors for substations in UK and India. The range includes polymer-insulated surge arresters with rated voltages from 24 to 800 kV. The OCP2 type for the distribution network belong to class 2 and have a rated discharge current of 10 kA. PBA and PCA protectors for high-voltage networks are class SL or SM with a rated discharge current of 10 kA.
